End User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: May 2026

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User", "You") and Erepal Technologies ("Company", "We", "Us") governing your use of the Solarcu mobile application.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Solarcu, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application.

2. License Grant

Erepal Technologies grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Solarcu solely for personal or business energy planning purposes.

3. App Purpose

Solarcu provides solar energy calculations, estimates, and planning tools for residential and office environments.

All calculations and recommendations are estimates and should not be considered professional engineering advice.

4. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or modify the application.
• Copy or redistribute the application without permission.
• Use the application for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to interfere with app functionality or security.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, trademarks, logos, software, content, and intellectual property related to Solarcu remain the property of Erepal Technologies.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Solarcu is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

We make no guarantees regarding:

• Calculation accuracy.
• Continuous availability.
• Compatibility with all devices.
• Specific energy savings or performance outcomes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Erepal Technologies shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of Solarcu.

8. Subscription Services

Future versions of Solarcu may offer premium features through subscriptions. Any subscriptions will be billed through Apple's App Store and governed by Apple's payment policies.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Solarcu at any time if users violate this Agreement.

10. Privacy

Your use of Solarcu is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to this Agreement

We may update this EULA periodically. Continued use of Solarcu following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Erepal Technologies operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
